As you know car buying can be stressful and at times frustrating. This experience was far removed from that. David Hughbanks, the sales man was professional, knowledgeable and very credible. The rapport that David established with me was more than a customary sales strategy, he was genuine. Every sales person and employee I had contact with was friendly and courteous. BILL WAS AWESOME...Bill was awesome, I would come back and work with him as long as he works here. He solved all my problems and made sure all my questions were answered. He also did everything in his power to make sure I was happy and satisfied and walked away happy and not regretful. He did not pressure me to buy a car but rather just assisted me along the way. I also worked with Dave and he was a sales man and a nice person. But Bill by far went above and beyond. The General Manager was very helpful considerate and polite. Before we left they made sure we left satisifed. Bill was the best and I would refer him as well as Dave. All the people that worked there were very polite and made sure we were comfortable and very friendly to talk too. I have purchased severeal cars before but this by far out did the buying experience. Philip and Barry Showed Patience
I greatly appreciated the fact that Phil had a car transfered from Boulder so that we could compare it to one on the lot and test drive it. It ended up being the one we purchased. I also appreciate the fact that Barry (our salesperson) was patient with us while we test drove various vehicles and came to a final decision on which one to purchase.

Ray was wonderful! He took the time to discuss the features of the car over the phone in detail as well as discussing my trade value. This was the deciding factor in my choice to visit Tynan over any other VW dealership. We live approx. an hour away and have a small child and didn't want to waste our time or their's. The car was exactly as Ray described and waiting for us as soon as we arrived, nice & cool in the 100 degree heat! The dealership held true to the trade offer and we purchased the car with zero issues. Ray is a wonderful salesperson and I will highly reccomend he and Tynan's to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Just wanted to say thank you again for all you did for me. Thank you doesn't seem to say enough on how I feel about what you did for my son and I. The weight that's been lifted off my shoulders is a feeling I thought I would never experience. You see good things just don't happen to me. At least it wasn't that way before. Ed Mishler - In my 40 years of buying automobiles, Tynan's is the best place I have found to buy a car. Everyone of the salesmen made us feel right at home. Blake Hott, who was our salesman, did a superb job. He made my wife and I feel like the three of us had been friends for years. I cannot compliment him enough - he is the BEST!
Sandi Mishler - We recently purchased a 2009 Altima for our daughter from your dealership. We have worked with many dealerships in the Denver metro area, but Tynan's has to be at the top of the list in both customer satisfaction and customer gratification. Every person we have worked with has been wonderful and has gone way over the top to make us happy. Blake Hott sold the car to us. A few weeks had passed when we noticed a small "flaw" on the back bumper. When I called to tell him about it, he set up an appointment to "make it right." We also asked about getting a clear bra put on the car, and here again Blake followed through. It's customer service like this that will have us refer our friends, neighbors, aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces, grandmas, grandpas, sisters, brothers, in-laws and out-laws to Tynan's. "Exceptional Sales Support"
I wanted to write you and let you know what a pleasure it was doing business with John Tynan, David, Ruth and the rest of the folks at Tynan's VW in Aurora...
I called a local (Colorado Springs) VW dealer whom I won't name (begins with an H... ) and explained that my wife would like to test drive a New Beetle, but we wouldn't be buying it from them because they didn't have what we were looking for in stock. I only needed a few minutes of their time and wanted to be up front about our intentions. I was told "no salesman will do that for you". I was, quite frankly, shocked. I know it's a competitive business and the sales personnel work on commission, but were they all really that busy? Nobody had 10 minutes to spare for a potential first-time VW owner? I didn't want to have to travel to Ft. Collins to take a test drive, nor did I want John to have to make the trade with no guarantee of a sale.
So I called John and explained the situation. He went above and beyond my expectations by swapping cars with the Ft. Collins dealership just so we could see and drive the vehicle in which we were interested. He did this based on a few phone calls with someone he had never met and with no guarantee of a sale.
We made the 65 mile trip to Tynan's VW last Wednesday and we were not disappointed. The test drive went well. The Salsa Red Beetle arrived from Ft. Collins and the lease was signed. Everyone involved went out of their way to make the experience pleasurable.
David gave us a tour of the car and answered all of my questions. Ruth made sure we left as satisfied customers. The finance manager (I forgot his name) was professional and courteous. John found a rock chip in the windshield and set up a replacement at our home.
When we got home, I noticed the odometer reading didn't look right. It read 402 miles; the trip odometer read 65.5 miles (Ruth had reset it just before we left), but the paperwork listed 97 miles at the time of the sale. It seemed as if there were 240 miles unaccounted for. I called John to explain and he offered to have David drive to Colorado Springs with updated paperwork. I told him we'd be at Elitch Gardens the next day and David met us there with a new lease agreement and bill of sale. Another example of putting the customer first.
I found 11 VW dealers along the Front Range, and four are closer to my home than Tynan's. None of this matters, however. The staff at Tynan's VW is customer-focused and it shows. They have made me a customer for life.

"Repeat Satisfied Customer "
I would like to introduce myself as a repeat satisfied customer. I am taking the time today to write this letter because I feel that those that provide an extreme high quality of service should be recognized... On April 19th I found myself with a mechanical repair beyond my technical skill level...Normally this would not have been such an inconvenience but I was leaving town the following day, Sunday, for a week. I contact Tynan's and spoke with Tim Green and advised him of the situation and told Mr. green that I wanted to bring the vehicle in and have it parked inside until it could be repaired. It was agreed upon that I would bring my wife's Passat in and Mr Green would ensure that the vehicle was kept inside until the vehicle could be repaired. Monday morning Mr. Tom Tran contacted me and we discussed the problem and shortly thereafter I was contact and given an estimate. I have dealt with Mr. Tran before and have found him to be very customer service oriented. Later on the same day I spoke with Tom after the repair and requested two things. First, I asked Tom if it would be possible to fill up the gas tank and charge me appropriately. Mr. Tran responded by asking me what octane I would like put in the vehicle. Second, since I was out of town I asked Mr. Tran if the shuttle would be able to pick my wife up... Tuesday afternoon when I spoke with my wife, Laura I was made aware of yet another great example of superior customer service initiated by Mr. Tran. To make my (wifes) life easier, Les and Claudio delivered our VW Passat to our home so Laura would not have to hassle with installing our son's car seat in the shuttle and bringing him out to pick up our vehicle. I am sure that you are aware of many other examples of quality service provided by Mr. Tran...Tynan's has only a few opportunities to impress myself and my wife. I must say that we are impressed have been left saying "Wow!" we will without a doubt continue our relationship with Tynan's and recommend Tynan's to our friends.

"Patient, helpful, knowledgeable and prepared"
In June of this year I came to Denver to help my mother research and purchase a new car. We considered several different makes including a Volkswagen Jetta. John Tynan helped to show us several Volkswagen's and ultimately facilitated our purchase. John could not have been more patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and prepared.
John is by far the best sales person I have dealt with and he made what can be a stressful, combative experience very easy, quick, and efficient. John and Tynan's has taken excellent care of my mother - it doesn't get any more important than that. I wouldn't hesitate to send any family member or friend back to Tynan's. Thanks John.

I have dealt with many car dealerships over 4 decades but have never felt compelled to inform the owner or one that the service and quality of their staff deserves and requires my recognition. Eric spend us much time on the details of this purchase as I requested and without hesitation even though Christmas was only two days away. He and Tim obviously reflect your standards for customer service but with a genuine personal commitment. Your service department worked to complete a last minute equipment change the night of my arrival that resulted in saving my travel schedule. Lily covered the financial tasks thoroughly with minimal time even though my credit union caused her several delays...Your priorities towards the custom is clear and apparent. Congratulations on the longevity and success of your family business.
